New Methods of Automated Flutter Analysis

The now worldwide adopted IEC flutter measurement standard has one practical difficult when ready flutter measurement results; the unsteady indication. For better determination, the deletion of random peaks according to a Gaussian weighting is suggested as well as the fixed indication of the results for a defined time window.
