Audio Engineering and Equipment Requirements for Stereo Television Production That Meets Perceptual Demands

With television audio being presented in a stereo mode, two-channel stereo equipment in simplest form is not adequate. Much attention must be given to electronic techniques for compensation of zoom lens usage, switching of visual signal sources, studio acoustics, control-board design, microphone placement, and developing a philosophy for -off-camera- audio perspectives.
