An All-FORTRAN Music-Generating Computer Program

Document Thumbnail

A revision of a music-generating computer program entirely in 3600 FORTRAN has been written and tested. With minor changes in the FORTRAN dialect, it can generate digital output tapes describing arbitrary sound waveforms on any computer with a FORTRAN compiler and 16 K of memory An ASI-210 converts the digital output to a conventional analog sound tape.
