Theoretical and Practical Considerations in the Equalization of Sound Systems

Substantially increased gain and naturalness can be achieved by properly equalizing a sound reinforcing system after installation. Observations concerning typically encountered phenomena are offered, together with a description of presently used equalization techniques.
