The application of microminiature and miniature operational amplifiers to audio systems is presented with practical examples. Microphone-disc-tape preamplifiers, mixers, line amplifiers, disc and tape equalization, bias and erase oscillators, a cue tone latching detector, a graphic equalizer, lowpass-bandpass-highpass filters, a power amplifier, power supplies and other circuits are described.

This is a very cool summary of a wide variety of useful audio circuits based on op-amps. Bel used to have a booklet of similar applications notes attached to his catalogue at Opamp Labs. This paper (or the similar booklet) combined with the Philbrick Op-Amp Applications Handbook is all anyone needs to know to start building complex but working systems with opamps.
