Efficient structures for directly processing Super Audio CD-type signals are presented. The paper reviews the problems of current approaches. The advantages and disadvantages of processing signals this way are discussed. The structures are then explained, and the effects of coefficient accuracy are discussed. Examples of the method performing equalizing transfer functions are presented.:
