A Time-Frequency Multitransform is defined for the High Frequencies representation in a modified ARCO coding environment, so that better resolution can be chosen in either of both domains depending on the input audio frame. Different ways of coding this bidimensional surface are discussed. In addition, attack regions are labeled as -Enhanced Time Zones-, and are treated in a special way.
