A new terminal for the Otopeni International Airport, Romania, was opened only a few months ago. This paper treats the design and the implementation of the sound system for this new terminal. It presents the general principles that guided the approach to the final shape of this system, as much as the most important issues that were encountered. Finally, it describes the structure and the main features of the involved equipment.
