A small and high-performance hands-free dialog system by a microphone and a loudspeaker was developed for audio or multimedia systems. It uses only one DSP chip of a fixed point calculation. A new algorithm, called as "Polarized-x INLMS", developed for this system, is the key technology to shrink rather complicated signal processing systems for it.
