Broadcasting is becoming a rapidly changing business with not only the technology moving quickly but also the process and the methods of delivery. This has meant that existing traditional approaches to the provision of program making have become restricting in what can be offered as well as expensive compared with what can now be provided by the latest equipment. This paper describes some generalized models to develop broadcasting infrastructures on modern network technologies.
