When recording the spoken voice (for example, dubbing motion picture dialogue), the acoustical perspective has to be changed frequently to create the impression of moving actors. A common method to achieve this effect is recording with a near and a distant microphone which are then blended together. The method presented here utilizes the combination of close positioned diaphragms. Listening samples are described.
