This paper is related to a new approach to audio circuit measurements. Present distortion measurements fail to tally with listening tests and try to define effects of memoryless nonlinear transfer functions. Unfortunately, audio circuits are not memoryless. This paper presents a measurement set for circuit memory. First measurements seem to exhibit a good correlation between this new distortion and listening tests.
