Measurements of interaural cross-correlation coefficient (IACC) and interaural level difference (ILD), when interpreted together, objectively describe some spatial characteristics of sound delivered to the listener's ear. The measurement method is based on postprocessing of multiple frequency-response measurements made with a head and torso simulator (HATS). Measurements of stereo loudspeaker pairs and a 4-channel theater system are discussed.
