A new system of a swinging bell construction is presented. It provides externally pivoted swiveling clappers, preferably two, instead of the traditional pendulating clapper. The new solution, submitted to a patent office, is applicable to carillons, permitting the inclusion of swinging bell sounds into the carillon music. It can also be used as a facility for the change of ringing bell music.
