A conditional access system is new techniques for transmission TV and radio programs by DBS (Direct Broadcasting by Satellite) or by cable. Generally, transmission by conditional access system for DBS is possible by two realization methods. In this paper, both of them are presented. Good and bad performances of both methods are presented also. In this paper, new techniques for realization of a conditional access by DBS or cable with better performances, are suggested. Applications possibility for terrestrial TV system are also presented.
