A previous paper described an accurate measurement system for estimating both the linear and nonlinear parameters of a loudspeaker. This paper describes an extension to that technique to include an estimation of the drive unit's radiating cone area and cone leakage. Potential errors caused by direct current (dc) voice coils offsets techniques are examined.
