New Results in PWM for Digital Power Amplification

Document Thumbnail

New results from the simulation of the performance of systems used to convert digital audio data directly into analog power are presented. A newly considered class of digital pulse width modulation used in conjunction with high order interpolative noise shaping techniques is investigated. The new results are compared with those previously obtained to show how the new configuration can simultaneously increase performance and decrease aspects of the complexity of the implementation of a prototype.
