Frequency and duration of speech hesitation pauses correlate to coronary-risk and mood, respectively. Pauses are sorted into various fluency levels. Peak fluency irrespective of pause-time, at maximal pause-time, and at intermediate fluency, are left-hemisphere, right-hemisphere (RH), and interhemispheric transit, respectively. Participatory matching in a response-feedback system monitors optimal transmission rate based on rhythm generated or promoted by RH layer 5 pyramidal neurons.
