The Swedish Radio Co (Sveriges Riksradio AB) has designed and built a system for performing listening tests, primarely on electronic equipment. The system is computer aided and completely software controlled. It is designed for double blind tests and handles 1-5 test persons, up to 4 test objects and up to 8 different sound sources. The test results are stored within the system and can be transferred to any personal computer for analysis. This paper deals mainly with the build up of that system. Choice of programme material and methods of evaluation are briefly discussed.
