Technical data on the master tape is very important for disc mastering. This paper describes a system which handles the technical data for digital audio mastering. Instead of data sheet, diskette is used to save the technical data for disc mastering. By connecting a personal computer to a digital audio mastering system via RS-232C port, time code data for sub-code information and automatic operation data for digital audio mixer are automatically saved to the diskette for disc cutting.
