We have developed a new digital filter for A/D and D/A conversion. It is designed to compensate for the group delay which occurs when an analog low-pass filter is used in a digital audio system and to cancel the phase difference between the left and right channel which is inevitable when the channels are converted alternately by a single A/D or D/A converter.
