Sony corporation will be exhibiting a new digital audio limiter, called Dat-1000. This limiter simulates the analog magnetic tape recorder's soft distortion limiter characteristics for CD mastering signal processing. The signal processing algorithm is newly developed and uses rom table look up and mixing technology.
