Basic Knowledge of Audio Equipment Wiring

Document Thumbnail

There are a large variety of means of audio communications in our environment such as private broadcasting systems used at station precincts, train information systems, and public address systems. Concerts held at theaters or halls, among these audio communications, take place to display the performances of audio equipment at the maximum. With the increasing participation of audiences in music events, the role of audio equipment is getting more important accordingly. The role of conventional audio equipment has been to convey the messages of musicians to the audience accurately. In recent years, audio equipment is also required to provide powerful supporting functions for the creation of music. A diversity of music may call for audio equipment to be installed in various locations. Installing audio equipment also requires taking proper measures against noise. This material discusses measures against noise for signal cables such as a microphone cable to be connected to audio equipment.
