A noncommercial software package is available to audio professionals engaged in the design, analysis, and implementation of digital signal processing systems. The package provides an efficient environment for Finite Impulse Response (FIR) and Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filter design, convolution, coefficient scaling and word-length analysis, and frequency response analysis. The C programming language source code is available, allowing users to modify the routines and add to the existing function library. This paper discusses the functions and versatility of the package and demonstrates some of its capabilities through the design of a four-times oversampling filter.
