A new self-contained pulse testing device is described. Applications for speaker testing include error-free loudspeaker polarity detection, driver phase alignment, and detection of clipping and ringing. Some acoustical phenomena that can be tested are flutter echo and time delay. Unique problems and their solutions will be shown.
