The "Espace du Projection" of the IRCAM (Institute de Recherche et Coordination Musique Acoustique) in the new building of this institute in "Centre Georges Pompidou" in Paris has been conceived and built as a hall with a great variability with regard to form, volume, and acoustical properties. A description of the hall and the features that have been used to realize this variability will be given. Results of the measurements in the now nearly completed hall will be communicated.
