Microphone technique for symphonic reproduction developed during past 35 years by the author. The approach is musical and aesthetic rather than technical although the background for this thinking lies in a well rounded technical foundation. The conclusions drawn are based upon thousands of sessions engineered during twenty years at Capitol/Angel/EMI.
