Auditory Backward Inhibition Can Ruin a P.A. System

The truth of the need for correction of room acoustics before installing sound reinforcement equipment is again documented. Auditory Backward Inhibition is the cause of poor intelligibility in medium and large auditorium. Room construction is one cause of inhibition; use of multiple speakers is another.
