An appropriate counting device can synchronize various machines (sound recorders, video recorders, telecine, etc.-) driving perforated films or tapes recorded with synchronizing pulses. This simplifies various processes such as rerecording, dissolving, etc.- and provides several high quality sound tracks for motion pictures and television. Facility in utilization and reliability are excellent.
