Microphones designed to be worn on eyeglass frames and/or under headbands offer the user exceptional freedom of movement, while maintaining a high signal to ambient noise ratio. Limitations imposed by the carbon and magnetic elements normally employed have limited their utility to professional applications. A microphone employing a dynamic element has been designed with the characteristics needed for most professional uses.
