This paper describes the proto model of a digitalized sound control processor, emphasizing the man-machine interface. Its digital signal processing unit includes a 24x24 multiplier and operates as a stereo 8-band graphic equalizer. Thereby one can arbitrarily set its three parameters, center frequency, Q and gain (F, G, Q) at the same time its TRUE frequency response is calculated and shown on a color CRT.
