Digital Ambisonic Recording at Surrey University

The prospects for digital recording with ambisonic encoding are beginning to look very encouraging. The combination is logical, user-friendly, and future-proof. With the arrival of low-cost digital audio processors such as the PCM-F1 and 701ES the potential field of operation for 2-channel digital UHJ is extended into new areas of audio research and documentation.
