In addition to those technical and aesthetic factors that become all the more crucial in stereo television postproduction, nothing stands out more than the fact that the home listening environment and the quality of consumer television equipment is changing rapidly. In this changing environment, now becoming indistinguishable from the typical stereo music listening environment, it is the added reproduction capabilities of the equipment, as much as the dual channel nature, that requires increased emphasis on our production and technical values.
