Legitimate online music services available to home consumers today include paid-for-downloads or streams, music subscription services and free promotional downloads. With the relatively small size of music files and the increasing availability and affordability of broadband services, the demand for online music services and the potential revenues that could be earned from these services make digital distribution a strong business case.
