We can say that the continuation of the sound field is the most important issue in multichannel music recording. A natural sound field gives people the feeling that they are really here. If the sound field continues in all channels, even in an artificial air space, we do not feel this to be anunnatural space. Here, I will describe the technique for creating the continuous air space and how to catch a good sound field.
