The whole surround sound system has to be tuned properly in order to obtain the desired reproduction, which includes the equipment as well as the listening space. In this article we performed measurements on the surround system and, in connection with room properties, we tuned the electrical and acoustical parameters of the system. The measurements were done with an omnidirectional microphone and an artificial head.
