When you pick up your badge at the convention center you'll be able to choose which day you'll be attending the Technical Program. With that same badge you'll still be able to attend the exhibition and other special events on the other three days.

Two day All Access Badge

When you pick up your badge at the convention center you'll be able to choose which two days you'll be attending the Technical Program. Please note that these don't have to be consecutive days so you could choose two days in a row, or the first and last day, or any other combination. With that same badge you'll still be able to attend the exhibition and other special events on the other two days.

All AES Attendee Registration fees are nonrefundable after May 19, 2016. All refund requests are subject to a 5% administrative fee. Replacement fee for lost badges 10€. All badges should be picked up at the Advance Registration desk at the Palais des Congrès de Paris. The use of recording devices of any type is strictly prohibited. Individuals under the age of 12 will NOT be admitted into the Convention.

Badges will not be mailed in advance.
